Cordell & Cordell is producing a special podcast series in an effort to answer the numerous questions that have arisen about divorce and child custody issues during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Over the past several weeks, men and fathers across the country have flooded the firm with questions about how their divorce or child custody case is impacted by COVID-19. In an effort to help educate and inform guys during this uncertain time, Cordell & Cordell is hosting free weekly webinars that can be viewed live or on the firm’s YouTube channel.
The podcast series will feature shorter conversations with Cordell & Cordell CEO/managing partner Scott Trout and the firm’s divorce attorneys. They will explore a specific topic in-depth so that listeners gain a better understanding of what they are facing.
In the first episode, Mr. Trout and attorney Charles Hatley explain what effect COVID-19 is having on child custody matters. A lot of fathers are concerned with how quarantine and shelter-in-place orders are going to impact their right to parenting time. They are also worried about how to keep their children safe as they shuffle between households.
Mr. Trout and Mr. Hatley discuss how to handle these issues and more.
