Men’s Divorce, sponsor Cordell & Cordell and sister site DadsDivorce.com have teamed up to present a series of weekly recap videos to keep you informed on the latest news and top stories.

This week, Cordell & Cordell Litigation Manager Chad Jerome from the Albany office was quoted in an article about the case of Loubert Legros, a man who had 8 months of child support payments deducted from his paycheck that were never submitted to the state child support collection unit.

Chad pointed out that Legros is in a no-win situation, as he will still be responsible for repaying the missed support.

Dad’s Divorce posted a new interview in the DadsDivorce Live series featuring an interview with Kimberly King, a children’s book author who covers complex and serious topics such as divorce and sexual abuse prevention.

You can like or share the interview on social media for a chance to be entered into a random drawing to win tow of Ms. King’s books. The winner will be selected May 6.

Men’s Divorce kicked off a new recurring column, “Divorce Attorney Tips,” that will bring together the collective knowledge of family law attorneys from across the country to help guys get through divorce.

This week, attorneys were asked what their No. 1 tip or top piece advice is for men to help them obtain a fair custody arrangement.
