Men’s Divorce, sponsor Cordell & Cordell and sister site DadsDivorce.com have teamed up to present a series of weekly recap videos to keep you informed on the latest news and top stories.
This week, Cordell & Cordell announced the opening of a new office in Hendersonville, Tenn.
The new location is the 5th in Tennessee and marks the 13th new office to open in 2015 as a part of Cordell & Cordell’s continuing expansion plan to offer legal services to men and fathers across the country.
Dad’s Divorce published a new article connecting the recent police shooting of Walter Scott in South Carolina to the harsh punishments handed out by the state for those who fall behind in child support.
Some believe Scott fled from the officer due to a bench warrant out for his arrest for missed child support payments, which is given added credibility because of South Carolina’s strict punishments for those who fall behind.
Men’s Divorce posted the conclusion of a two-part series detailing everything you need to know about mediation process.
The second part wraps up what happens during and after the mediation process. This includes describing how the mediation sessions proceed, as well as what happens if you are able or unable to agree on aspects of the settlement.
