Men’s Divorce added a new Attorney Bites video on how alimony is calculated in divorce. Colorado family law attorney Miles Cottom explained that the method for calculating alimony or spousal support will vary by state, but typically involves looking at factors such as the income of both parties, the length of marriage, the standard of living during marriage and more.
