Letter from the Editor Regarding the New Divorce Case Management Package

Yale Hollander, Executive Editor of Men's DivorceJuly is the month when Americans celebrate independence. There is, of course, the July 4 anniversary of our declaration of independence from the British crown, but the celebration extends beyond that. Kids on summer break celebrate the freedom from schoolwork. Some of them may go away to camp where they can experience a bit of personal independence and growth. Many adults find the time to get away for a vacation – even if it’s just a long holiday weekend. Young and old, we value freedom and independence,  whatever forms they happen to take.

For men in marriages that just aren’t working out any more, independence may be the key to a better life. And sometimes the circumstances are such that a prolonged struggle isn’t necessary to gain that independence. If you happen to think you’re in that situation, we are introducing a Divorce Case Management Package that just might interest you.

This product  which, for now,  will only be available to Texas residents, contains forms that are intended to support  the pursuit of a non-contested divorce. The package has been designed for men to prepare and handle their own case, independent of legal counsel if they so choose. There will also be an option available for men who would like to consult with a referral attorney some additional, limited guidance.

Many of our forefathers paid the ultimate price in the pursuit of liberty – a reminder that independence oftentimes requires a lot of work and the support of a well-trained team of professionals. But for those with uncomplicated circumstances looking to achieve their independence – independently – we are happy to provide a package that could help them along that path.

Whatever your circumstances, we hope that the materials available to you on this website will provide you with a greater sense of perspective on how you might realize a better life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
