This week, Cordell & Cordell opened registration for the 2015 Domestic Litigation Forum, which will be held on Friday, March 27. This CLE is worth nine Missouri credits, including two ethics credits. Attorneys are encouraged to register early, as space is limited and registration is required to attend the event. For more information, check out cordellcordell.com.

Dad’s Divorce posted an answer to an Ask a Lawyer question over where to file for a custody modification after the ex-wife had moved around to several different counties within the state. The simple answer is to file wherever the original decree was issued, as that court will retain jurisdiction until a request is made and approved to move it elsewhere.

Men’s Divorce published a new article regarding financial issues that can arise after a divorce when one party is awarded the home, but both spouses are on the mortgage.
